I have already recovered many websites like this and an experieced in this field. i first backup the database . and then seach for anti virus on ur server if ther else run custom scipt that scans for the known attack traces . backup ur wp content folder. sanotize data base for any intrution and then reinstalll wordpress , repopulate database and copy back ur scanned wp_content . if nesssery i can install security plugins to defend such situation from future. a complete disaster mangment pack for ur website. i take payment from paypal 50 % before starting 50 % after completion (negotiable).
