Floorplanner freelance for 3D renderings and home plans

My real estate agency deals with the sale of apartments to be renovated, which are advertised through floor plans and 3D rendering made with the Floorplan software. I need to render photorealistic images made in 3D and plans as to show to customers, to show how the apartments could become after the restructuring, in particular with the division of the larger rooms into smaller rooms, or the transformation of the kitchens in full bed, or even the complete change of the internal division of the apartment. I am seeking a freelance specialized in Floorplanner, and particularly in the creation of photorealistic images with 3D rendering, that gives me a standard package of services that include the following: 1) design in 2D floor plan, before and after restructuring 2) Design of 'interior, very simple, modern and linear, based on Ikea furniture or similar 3) Create one or more photo-realistic images with 3D rendering representing the main rooms. I will give each time to freelance to realize his work: 1) The scanning of the floor plan, in its current state 2) The photographs of the apartment, in the current state 3) The information necessary to understand how the apartment will be transformed after the restructuring. I do not need too elaborate or too complicated projects furniture, I want a few simple images with clear and coherent modern basic furnishings, with a style "total white" interrupted by wooden floors and colorful modern paintings. I can provide photos of houses to draw inspiration from to copy the style and create pictures.
