I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. Actually, I am looking for someone to give me a quote on getting 2 websites done. They will in no way be connected and will be run as seperate businesses. Please find the details as follows: WEBSITE 1- Needs to be easy to use website which is subscription based and charges a joining fee. When clients join and pay their fee, they then get full access to the site and can purchase pre made documents that each have a fee and that fee comes off the money they have in their account (which to start with is their joining fee). Once they exhaust their total subscription, they can then top up their account so they can purchase more documents. The website needs to be easy for the admin to use and upload word doc, videos, Indesign products, publisher items, powerpoints and photos. There needs to be significant room to store these items. WEBSITE 2 Needs to be easy to use website which is subscription based and charges a yearly fee. When clients join and pay their fee, they then get full access to the site, prior to this they can only access a landing page. Once they have access to the page they create an account and and use this to log into the site. The website needs to have multiple pages where admin can upload photos, pictures, articles, newsletter, calendar and other articles. We are looking for something that is mobile friendly, easy to use and trendy. We are working on a tight budget and tight time frame so please post your best offers.

Hi There I have checked your requirement of creating 2 website which will work separately as. For the first website you will provide facility to join it and for it they will get subscription and can purchase the premade document which will be post by the admin user and the money will be deducted for particular document from the account money and if it will be exhaust then user can place more money in to account. For the second website they will subscribe for yearly plan and will get full access because in previous one they are getting only the landing page access but in this website they will get the other pages access as well because website will have more pages and can log in to their account and can manage their profile through it and admin also post the documents, images and ppt files as well. I have right understanding about your concept for both website and can deliver you complete solution with in the budget and time but i would like to discuss with you i have few queries as What kind of document admin will post like for particular business or any other? Will both website have different design and logo and content? Which payment gateway you need for both website? I might have few more queries so i need to discuss with you.
