Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding campaign requirements, and producing visually captivating designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design versatile and eye-catching templates for advertising creatives, including but not limited to social media ads, banners, display ads, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. - Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message. - Create adaptable and scalable templates that allow for easy customization and alignment with diverse campaign needs. - Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance template designs and incorporate innovative elements. - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all templates and design assets. - Work efficiently within project timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines. Qualifications: - Proven experience (5 years) as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing template design expertise. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, Sketch, etc. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
