Modifications and additions on existing PHP website

Hello , I reviewed your project .. and noticed that it still did not had any offers .. So l wanted to add my offer .. I would like also to be very honest with you and let you know that I do not have any experience with Q2A .. but I also have more than 10 years of experience working on projects using PHP & MYSQL .. and also worked on numerous open source scripts .. So I think I have the ability to do whatever you want on your application as far as it is written in PHP .. So I just want to consider my offer as a last resort in case you did not find an experienced developer to work on it. thank you
