I need some Graphic Design

We need a Hong Kong-based freelance designer with near-native English skills to help us design and layout several series of research reports. The requires the creation of one or more report templates (covers and page), laying out report pages (12-30 pages per report), creation of some infographics, and redesign/clean up of charts and graphs. Designer should have experience designing and laying out corporate reports and/or multi-color, infographic intensive whitepapers. Understanding of some advanced PDF features is desired but not essential. This can lead to on-going (i.e. monthly) project work for the successful candidate. Candidate needs to be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
