I have worked on web crawlers before. The idea is to get a list of online portals that sell tickets according to criteria. Let's have our criteria generic enough to satisfy most portals and we query their systems and display in our website search results. More like an aggregator, we could also give price comparison to end user and let him choose the best portal. Then we hyperlink the button book-now to the portal for actual online booking of his ticket.
