Social Media Marketing - Fashion Brand

=About Me= Hi, I am a co-founder of a new beachwear brand. The brand is created in Asia, aiming at selling across the world and promoting/advertising in second-tier markets (non US/UK/Australia etc.) My co-founders and I are beach enthusiasts, energetic entrepreneurial, know a little about fashion, and all have another job that’s occupying most of our days. And this is why I’m hiring a digital marketing specialist to expedite our growth. =About You= You’re into fashion trends, love social media, perhaps write a blog, as well. You come from apparel or cosmetic industry and have been in a digital marketing or ecommerce role. You can be anywhere in the world as long as you can access the platforms you need to operate on, and attend internet meetings to communicate with the founders (based in Asia) when needed. Very little chance to travel, unless there is a photoshoot or event near you which we'd like you to participate; expenses covered, of course. This is a 6-month contract position, we set the goals/KPIs at the beginning of every month and review achievement at the end. =About Us= Before we talk about your skills, experience, and charge, I care the most about your energy, personality, creativity, and the chemistry between us; we need to be on the same page to make this work. Therefore, my partners and I are happy to implement a bonus scheme which could potentially provide completion bonus, equity share, or sales/conversion commission. =About Work= Essential Designs: 1 month/USD350 Theme base - an seamless tile image with our theme colour palate and print that can be applied on all sorts of items from website to packaging Product items - logo, packaging, labels, size chart Printing template - typeface x3, business card, letterhead, newsletter template Others - if we come up with other items before starting the contract, will be discussed --------------------------------------------------------------- Planning: 1 month/USD350 Annual marketing calendar: based on general international market including majorly celebrated events e.g. valentines, summer break, Christmas, etc. Monthly social media structure: create a generic template of activities, e.g. list (and/or timing) for posting, contests, webpage update, etc. Bi-weekly content topics: 2 blog topics for each month (24 in total) that's related to what the brand stands for Others to be discussed --------------------------------------------------------------- Execution: 6 months/USD300 x6 Seasonal/Monthly collection launch Newsletter Daily social media posts Contests Boosts (will be paid by us) Other ad hoc marketing assignments to be discussed --------------------------------------------------------------- Achievement Reward 2% of the sales for within 50 orders per month 3% of the sales for 51+ orders per month
