The War Room Gaming Cafe

We are starting a new business in the teen/adult gaming industry. It is similar in scope to an Internet Cafe. But has much more to offer. We will be offering computer/internet use of course, but we will also have powerful gaming computers, Playstation 4's, Xbox One's and Wii's available to rent as individuals and a groups. We will also have weekly tournaments and other activities, food and drinks as well as beer and spirits. In addition to this, we are going to offer an indoor paintball/laser tag arena. We are preparing this for a crowdfunding campaign to open it. We will be offering various types of memberships that will be available for pre-order in the campaign but also want to have them available for purchase right on the website. We will be using software, have not decided which one though, to control all the PC's and consoles and it also has a built in POS system for retail sales of accessories, food and drinks so we will need eCommerce capabilities as well. We need a great website designed that allows for all this information to be accessed, reservations for the paintball and laser-tag arena times and dates. This is our first step in the crowdfunding campaign. We also would like a bulletin board and blog. Be creative yet professional. Our current budget is pretty low, and with that in mind we don't expect amazing. We also expect to have to do an upgrade/redesign later that will also be posted on here as well as a logo and sales and marketing material. Just to be a little more specific, we do not want any type of CMS system such as Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress used for this project as there is none that really fit our needs and feel there would bee too many add-on modules to maintain proper performance. We have decided there will be a complete upgrade done after funding is acquired that includes things such as account access, reservation systems and many many more major improvements. But for now, only a simple site describing what will be offered is needed.
