Hi, I work with vinyl graphics so print things like this for application to walls and have a lot of experience working on similar projects, this means I can tell you what your asking unfortunately isn't going to help you. If your starting image isn't in a high enough quality then no matter how good the vector you cant make photo image of better quality. This is the bad news, the good news is your image looks to be of a high quality and you said you have a better quality image you can use. The image provided is already at about 2m wide and with a little tweaking in photo editing software would be fine to use on a large wall. An image on a large wall is likely to viewed from a relatively far distance so the quality is less important right in front of the image but how it will look from where it is likely to be viewed from. I'm happy to tweak the image and I'm confident it will look good. I hope this all makes sense. Phil.
