Website Designer required to join the team

We are looking to expand our design and development team with individuals. If you consider yourself a good designer and have availability to deal with a fast moving company then we should talk further. I am looking for the following. • A designer to produce quality (mock-ups) • A designer to take ( mock-ups ) to Build • A developer to handle adhoc requirements. Please respond with the following 1. What if your hourly rate? 2. How long does it take you to produce a mock 3. How long would it take you to slice 8 pages and turn in to a html build? 4. How many hours a week can you be available 5. Send me 3 samples of what you consider a good website that YOU have completed and why. I really don’t want to know anything else than the above information those bids that exceed the basics will be ignored as it will be a demonstration that communication between us will be poor.
