HTML5, JS interactive map build

Hi Again, I had a look at the .psd file and it looks fine. As I said previously I would do most of it in css and html, the only actual images I would use would be for the map and corporate logo at the bottom of the pop up menus. Images could also be used for drop shadows if you weren't happy with how the css ones looked. My bid is the same as previous and I hope I get the chance to work with you on this. Kind regards, C

Hey thank you for inviting me to bid on this project. Thank you also for your message, I would be happy to do this for 250. I have looked over the current map and just wanted to make sure I understand everything that it is required to do. I notice the is a kind of world clock thing going on at the top of it and theres the obvious things like the sliding panels for the different regions and when the dots are hovered on they highlight the city on the menu. Are there any other requirements for this map that you think I may have overlooked. There are also just a couple of things I wanted to make you aware of in case you weren't already. The "hover" functionality wont actually work on mobile devices since on mobile devices the device doesn't have the ability to detect your finger hovering above it so what I will have to do it is add click functionality to the dots as well as the arrows at the bottom or the panels themselves so that it works properly on mobile devices.
