Web and mobile developer for basic photo storage

We're looking for a PhoneGap developer who can complete some code-in-progress, that have broken features (being bug fixes). We have an almost-complete codebase for the app, with full design provided. Please say storage in response. Android and iOS is a must, with Android as the current priority (you may code iOS afterwards). You will have a strict maximum of two weeks, we won't look at proposals more than this AND over our specified budget: $200.
