Fix and style a left hand menu

I have a website that I am moving from one server to another server running a newer version of aspdotnetstorefront. I have copied over all of the files but my left hand menu is not showing on my new site. The code for it is there, if you right click and view source and search for "refine your search" you can see the code for the menu, it just won't show up on screen. The old site: [login to view URL] The new site: [login to view URL] I need it fixed so it is displayed, but also restyled so it is responsive for mobile devices. I want the menu to be reduced to a "Refine Search" button when the page width goes smaller like on mobile devices. Like it does on this website when the page width goes below 630px: widespreadsales . com /Products/Bus-Plugs (obviously, remove the spaces from this URL)
