Simple PSD to HTML Conversion

I have a PSD to be converted to valid neat HTML + CSS + JS. They are just UI elements and not big pages, However there is a good deal of jquery there since we need some divs to be floating, resizeable and moveable. So those who bid should be certain that they can handle jquery to get this done as well as handle all the positioning css stuff correctly.
