Explain how to render font correctly on Window/Debian with java and Flying Saucer

We use html templates and render those to pdf. Now do we want to add font support. The most important one is Arial. Adding the font is going ok. but renering symbols like euro signs and special characters is going wrong. Provide solution for this. Must work in wildfly with Flying Saucer on windows and debian. Solution shold demonstrate. Reading utf-8 encoded html from file with font familty set to Arial and then renderer pdf with ë-mail and € Symbol in the correct font.

Its all about localization. If you decide to chose me, send me your files, I'll fix them for you, and explain what you need to know, if you don't want my bid, then I suggest playing around with locale support for your generated PDF, and you'll find what you are want, I guess... Good Luck
