build a website of single page with few task

Need a website of single code to port, which has many box and only user need to enter date in first box. rest of the box will update the date based on criteria for example below 1. Box1 --> User need to enter the date. for example end of project 2. Box2 --> will update automatically above date - 3 week. 3. Box3--> will update automatically above date - 4 week. 4. Box4 --> will update automatically above date - 5 week. 5. Box5--> will update automatically above date - 6 week. also will add other boxes below to have sample timelines of earlier project, which is READ only. and way to run when i copy the same in my linux PC and start the server. so that whenever some one open with IP address, will see the single page in Windows browser. and whenever enter the date, will papulate others.
