Need new wp theme and simple free page builder copy existing content 2 languages

I would like to change my Divi theme and builder into something more beginner friendlier and cheaper or free. At the moment the theme is old, needs an update. It's experiencing problems, the former designer didn't build a child's theme so an upgrade would cause me a loss of my design. Would like to improve the header&footer nav to make room for new pages(put the telephone, join us and email all under the contact page), home page needs a grid instead of only 3 buttons and other changes to make it more attractive and inviting like reducing the size of the logo and sub-head title in order to put the text in the same row or a photo slider. The grid should consist of 3 columns. At the moment I have 4 tours + 2 still to write. 6 in total services reachable through the grid, should have a photo with the text snippet below that photo. Additional photos can be delivered. Other pages can be slightly changed to correspond the home page. All should be optimized for mobiles like they are now. Fonts can be changed. I have a new logo. Colors stay the same (same black in header nav and same red in the footer, background white(remove the sand).Website is in English and French.I like the WhtsApp button as it is but would like to put the icon in the header&footer nav too together with other social netw in their original colors not white. Everything should be simple enough for me to run and fill in with new extra content in the future like other languages and services. In case header and footer colors can't stay as they are in the theme you offer me I am willing to leave everything white and introduce black and red in other possible areas. Need the job done in max 5 days.
