Wordpress template design and coding

I need a Wordpress template both the design and coding for a small size company. The template must be mobile friendly and must properly displays on all mobile phones, tablets and PCs. We expected fresh and modern design. The desired output of your work: 1) Design for the website (PSD or other vector format) 2) Wordpress template (ZIP packge that can be uploaded to Wordpress administration and used without any further changes) Current version of the website (static web): [login to view URL] Please DO NOT consider this page as a sample how the new website should look like but rather as a sample what content will be provided on the new page as well. The design you deliver should contain: 1) Main template - header, menu, footer etc. * The header must contain basic contact info (email, phone), flags to change the language and ideally the "Google review" link, optionally the Instagram link. * Menu can be either horizontal or vertical, please suggest what you consider better. Also I suppose collapsible menu for a mobile version * The existing logo (the wheel) is NOT required to be preserved, we are fine to get a new one. * The footer should contain the contact details and possibly the Instagram link if it does not fit to the header. 2) Single content page - consider paragraphs (including images wrapped by text), tables, bulleted lists. The content itself will be maintained by the page owner via Wordpress administration. The Wordpress template must contain relevant CSS to display all the elements above properly and nicely. Suggested format of delivery: Prepare a graphic desing first and once it is approved then continue with the Wordpress template itself. Am happy to pay the full price once the template is working and tested on my Wordpress. If you can present the template on some of your environment, it is nice to have, but not necessary. Please provide example of your work, ideally existing Wordpress templates you designed. If you are a graphic designed and you hire someone for the Wordpress template coding or vice versa, then it is fine, but your are responsible for the delivery as a whole.
