Job offer writing

Sir / Mam: I have worked in Dubai for 11 years, out of which 9 years was in the HR as an HR Officer and finally as Head of HR for the biggest private sector ( Al Futtaim ) in the Middle East. I'm settled in India now. I can write the offer letter as per the new UAE rules. I have mentioned 2 days but will deliver it before that.
