HI, I am a professional, seasoned illustrator, not a computer geek, plz have a look at my portfolio, i will give you real value added services.

I've been doing graphic design for over 2 years now, with plenty of happy customers and feel fairly confident I can do exactly what you're looking for. I've done quite a few graffiti type illustrations before, and my customer has always been happy, and if you decide to go with me, I hope to make you another one of those happy customers. All work will be done in Adobe Illustrator, and infinitely scale-able, so no matter how big so small you need these icons/stickers, they'll look perfect. You will also be there for every part of the design process, and everything will be tweaked to your exact specifications. I'd definitely like to hear more about what you're looking for. I'm open practically all day everyday, and will be able to communicate and work with you.
