Post \"Special Offer\" Posts about our Product in Technology Forums

Hi, I would like someone to post about our Product and its Special Offer (a 25% off coupon code) on multiple forums. Basically, we want to advertise our Content Delivery Network (CDN) offering, so posting can be done in Special Offer sections that allow posting of discount and schemes about Web-Hosting, Cloud-Hosting and similar niche. As a deliverable, I would like to get an Excel sheet with all the Forum links where the posting is done. Please provide your bid with number of forums you would cover (20-50) and your charges for the same.
