Casual Athlete- /facebook/squidoo

Okay we are setting up an ecommerce website and I want a fantastic and creative facegook page and Squidoo lens to promote our new website and link to it (webite will launch in a week). I have photos and you can look at the website for concept and ideas - if done well we will want someone to update facebook page/squidoo lenses at least every 2 weeks. However I want these pages ready to go live in the next 3-4 days
