50 links & 50 150 word articles written for web-page on site

Need someone to create 50 backlinks and 50 articles for landing page/web-site. Goal is to generate traffic to web-site that is currently being worked on already. Want to see if additional work will add additional traffic. Looking for someone who works independantly and is not going to sell me a whole SEO package. Again, site is already being worked for SEO. I'm looking to bring traffic to certain pages of the web-site.
