Ebay/Amazon and other e-commerce platforms SALES- Position

Full Time/Part Time Ebay Sales position to help with listing , emails . As a new employee you will be an intrinsic part of a young and dynamic team. You will be liaising with customers, wholesale clients, suppliers, researching new products and dealing with inquiries. Duties / Responsibilities: •Listing of products on ebay and other sales platforms. •Answer customer questions, via email and telephone, in a timely manner. E-commerce is a 24/7 industry, hence questions need to be dealt with daily. •Communicate customer concerns (For example, late deliveries, lost parcels, product defects and customer suggestions) •Continual reviewing of all sales systems and programs to ensure that they cope with the ever-changing e-commerce environment. •Ensure that special instructions from customers are carried out immediately and liaise with the warehouse to ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time. •Contribute to the further enhancement of our web site and other web platforms, eg. Amazon, Ebay etc. Listing new products on our websites and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal Candidate will have: •Hands-on E-commerce (ebay preferred) / Retail / Customer Service experience is a must. •Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word, plus the ability to learn new business programs. •Ability to identify areas of concern and proposing appropriate solutions. •Attention to detail and work well under pressure dealing with High value goods. •Excellent at verbal and typed communication skills.
