SEO for adult tube site.

Hey there, I am definitely new to SEO and I am looking for an individual or firm that will help my site grow to its potential. The site is not fully functioning yet as it is still undergoing development, but I need a reliable team or person to provide SEO for the project. The site is an adult video site that indexes over 400,000 adult videos. It also has a few unique features that other tube sites do not have but we'll discuss it when I have found the party to work with. As for SEO, I expect some kind of performance guarantee, it doesn't have to be an exact number, but I expect to pay for quality in what I receive.
