dutch traffic to dating/contactsite (google.nl wanted asap)

I am searching for my sms contact/dating site asap traffic to my website. ( dutch single man) The traffic must be come from out of the netherland, so no international traffic needed. It has to be done by quality and not simple membership on websites or black/grey hat marketing. Options are banners ( cpc) advertisement on dutch sites, blogs on dutch sites Incoming links ( not the main task for this project) Further company;s who just will give simple links, please don't react. I want real marketing for the netherlands and this way get more customers. Payment will be done after quality check by my programmer.
