100 links PR3 need

Links should meet following conditions: - linking site (not domain!) PR3+ - linking site shouldn't have more than 30 outgoing links - links have to be placed within the content and in the the first article and paragraph of the linking site - links have to be do follow - links have to be permanent - linking sites have to be indexed - acceptable categories of linking sites are betting, sports and related sites, - only English language sites. NB! I will accept only high quality links, so please don't bid if you want to offer links with low PR and on mixed sites. MY auto website
