Many backlinks to many sites

We will be building several hundred websites. Each one will be small but will need some backlinks from other sites to improve their ranking. We are looking for someone to do the whole project but for now we are looking to see what you can do on a small trial run. For this project we will would like you to create backlinks for 56 of our webites, and we have allowed a budget of $100 dollars. Please message back: 1. How many backlinks you will give to each of our individual sites 2. The PR rank and the URL of each of your referring sites Our sites will be for the Real Estate industry. The above information will be used to create a milestone and you will be paid once those backlinks have been confirmed. You will have one week to create them.
