Need 20,000 unique targeted visitors per week

We have a UK based website selling standalone e-book guide established already 12 years with income also not only from the ebook subscription, (one time) but adsense placement too. The website has been neglected to some extent for the last few years. Using PPC Google Adwords/Bing already so this is all OK. Natural search ratings have dropped, we used to be on the front page of Google for 20 key keywords. >> So the job is, in part, to restore natural search position. >> But we also need immediate traffic, so to start with we are looking for 20,000 unique targeted visitors per week from the UK only using *** Facebook marketing, Twitter, blogs, youtube, forum posts and active participation in other social media, micro website creation and marketing, directory submissions, article creation and submission.*** No illegal or fraudulent traffic, no traffic from overseas, no bots. Only real visitors. We know the approx sell through rate so will be looking at that carefully to ensure real and targeted visitors only are arriving at the website. We will need a report of all activities undertaken and a report of where our links, posts, articles etc can be found on high traffic websites. 1 or 2 xls worksheets should be fine. This may become an ongoing job without end date if we find the right candidate since we will be looking to grow traffic more than the above numbers, and also have 14 other websites needing the same treatment if this one pans out ok. Did consider splitting this into several jobs, but since everything is connected we are looking for a guru who can help with all the above.
