Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Email Marketing Manager for our online shop, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure all distribution channels are covered, analyze campaign performance, and optimize results. Responsibilities:
Initiate Weekly Campaigns and Big Sale Events: Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns on a weekly basis, including special promotions and big sale events, to drive customer engagement and sales.
Manage Product Launches and Collaborate with Team Members: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and other campaigns, ensuring that all distribution channels (website, social media, etc.) are effectively utilized to maximize reach and impact.
Analyze Campaign Performance and Provide Actionable Insights: Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to optimize email marketing performance.
Create Email Templates and Graphics: Design visually appealing email templates and graphics that align with our brand image. Craft compelling copy and subject lines to increase email open rates and engagement.
Familiarity with Klaviyo: Utilize Klaviyo email marketing platform to build, segment, and automate email campaigns. Leverage its features and functionalities to create personalized customer experiences and drive conversion rates.
Develop Automated Email Funnels: Create effective automated email funnels, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups, to nurture customer relationships, increase customer lifetime value, and drive repeat purchases.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Proficient in using email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing email templates and graphics.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for cats and understanding of the cat owner market is a plus.
