Get Traffic to my Website + Google Search not displaying

Hello I am trying to start a small business from home (T-shirt printing) and I have a new website ready. However, I am having dificulties with it. First of all, it wont show anywhere on google, even if i search for the complete words. Everything has been done, webmaster tools, and all pages are indexed by google, but not showing in the search. I need to generate some traffic on the website , but I am only interested in traffic from Europe (as I would only be working with Eu countries) The website is [login to view URL] I dont have a lot of budget anymore for this unfortuntely but I am open to discussion.
