Virtual Assistant and Social Media Extraordinaire

Looking for a personal assistant to help with daily tasks and social media management. Looking for someone who is a self-starter, can work from a daily to-do list and requires little guidance to work. Experience Required: - Social Media Management - Content genration - Hootsuite - Copywriting - Social Media Marketing - Online Networking - Graphic Designing a PLUS but not necessary - Ability to use Wordpress - Email Campaigns - Research and Critical Thinking - Thinks outside the box From time to time assistance may be needed with scheduling appointments, contacting clients, etc. Task Details May Include (but not limited to): -Reaching out and direct message individuals (only within Canada and the USA) to develop new leads and connections. - Written Templates will be given but it's highly preferred that the candidate can hold a conversation with no grammatical errors. - Transfer over information (email, address) of all successful leads on an ongoing basis to Google sheet (this will be set up for you) - Continue to monitor all Instagram messages and respond promptly. Social Media tasks include (but not limited to): - FB page and group management - Instagram, twitter, and Youtube management - Researching and Finding relevant content to share on all platforms - more guidance will be given when hired. - Build and manage audience across all platforms - Monitoring engagement on all platforms Content tasks include (but not limited to): - Doing research for designated topic and providing me with found information pertaining to specific topics - Creating content for social media with given guidance - Create content for various pages on website with given guidance - Create blog content
