Web Application Auido Recorder

Description: I am looking for a project that will allow me to record audio, from users microphone and return a bit array once the recording is completed. This application need to be embeded in an ASP.Net web application. This application needs to be done in either Flash (using CS4) or as a Java Applet. Once completed, and paid for, I will retain all rights to the application and it's source code. Scope: Project done as either a Java Applet or Flash (CS4) Provide Source Must Be Sinkable (using CSS) GUI should contain: -Record,Pause, Play, Stop buttons. -Should have a functioning equalizer graphic display over a timeline. Should be re sizable. Default size should be 300px by 150x but should adjust accordingly to grow or shrink Functionality: This project will be embedded in a ASP.Net web application. I need the audio recorder/player to be able to allow the client side user to record audio using their computer's microphone. If their computer has multiple microphones, they should have an option to select the one they wish to use. Once a mic is selected, they should be able to record audio for a fixed length of time. This length of time should be a variable that can be passed from the web page to the flash application. The user should be able to pause and re-start the recording at any time. The user should be able to use the equalizer graphic to move the recording to any point in the recording. They use should be able to play back the recording when finished. Once the recording is completed an event should fire to the parent application. The application should expose a function that returns a bit array of the recording. The application should have two or more skins provided to demonstrate the "Skin-ability" of the application.
