I believe I can help you since I have a pretty solid experience in game development. In the past year I could say that I have work on various games in Java and C++ and if I add them their number is close to ten. Blackjack is a simple game to implement and I can provide a very smooth interface because I happen to have some photoshop skills and a high interest in the looks of my games.
