Pay Per Hour Technical Team Coordination - Java, Spring, Hibernate + mysql

(or more if you like to). Each day work 1 or 2 hours or more (with mutual coordination). Tell us what days will suit you. XXX. Only bid on this, if you are really good at html5 / jsp, spring, hibernate, mysql and feel very very confident in being able to do this kind of work. What will you do: 1. Code Review, fix minor bugs / issues. 2. For bigger issues explain to the programmer what needs to be done. 3. Test their work. 4. convert the requirements given by me into technical requirements. Break the problem into smaller parts so that the programmer can understand and implement these easily. 5. Suggest ways to increase the quality & productivity of software being written by other programmers. We are requiring 3 months commitment. At the time of bidding: a. Tell us your experience - how many years with spring, hibernate, mysql & java. b. How many small or medium sized similar projects have you done? c.
