Confluence Project Development

I am looking for someone to develop a basic Confluence application for me. I will require source code. The primary requirement is to have an application with a configuration page. This configuration page will allow for up to 5 string fields to be entered. Each Confluence Space will also need to have settings for the application as well. The product will need it's own tab in the Space Administration Page where additional fields can be created.
