Minecraft Server Plugin Idea

I am looking to create a minecraft plugin for a server i am planning to launch. The plugin will automatically divide the world into select land plots. It will then set a value for these plots to be purchased by the players using its own economy. When a player destroys or places a block he/she will receive 0.5 credits. A plot will cost 1,000 credits to buy. Players should be able to pay each other using these credits (EX: /pay [Name] [Amount]).
