382560 drop down menu and image fader

Hey, I have a html template already coded. I need two things implemented. 1) a drop down menu. I have attached mockup of drop down menu. It needs to be coded with UL/LI list. CSS only would be preferred for quick loading times. The drop down menu should work on all links and will have two sub levels. 2) image fader / rotater. I want to have the large photo change pictures every 4 seconds. It should fade to the next photo. Each photo will go to a specific link when clicked. I will provide existing template to winning bidder. Start asap. Thanks Mitch
