Enhance and fix existing events based website

There is an existing site in progress that is being built based on Linux, Apache and MySQL using Java JSP pages with jquery and php. The modifications in the document must be done on the existing sites *.war file. On top of the visual modifications made in the document w will require the integration to paypal, facebook, twitter and google. The site must closely match with what is detailed in the document and I require a quick turn around time. I am open to both fixed and hourly work. We are in need of a talented Freelancer to enhance our user experience and fix a number of bugs. The winning freelancer must: 1. Have knowledge of MYSQL, linux, apache,jsp, jquery and php and must be able to work with the existing code (NO REWRITES) 2. Be able to read and understand English perfectly. 3. Have knowledge of Paypal and understand how to set up recurring payments and paypal reporting 4. It has been split into four sections (A - D).
