Finish 3-column tableless CSS template for me

I have uploaded a snapshot of the original comp for a new tableless CSS template I have been struggling over to build. I have also uploaded my effort, and you will see I'm on track, but need professional help tweaking and finishing fast. So, the blanks need to filled in (such as the navigation rollovers, which I'm about to make the necessary one image I just learned about), the Search button, areas need to be tweaked, and if possible, but last, if someone could point me or help me with the necessary JavaScript commands to change currency, that would be a bonus. And that should do it. As I said, I am on track, but I need a teacher and professional to help me get through this task. I pay swiftly. Thank you.
