document management system with workflow functionality

the purpose of the project is to provide a web based project management platform. The technology used in the project is JSF on Tomcat, Richfaces, Facelets, Ajax4JSF, BPEL4WS and Drools. At his time, the duration of the project is estimated at 200 days of programming work. We will perform the analysis and the project management as well as the technical design. What we require are good developers and technicians to help us implement our ideas. We need partners who speak either fluent english, german or french to be able to conduct weekly status meetings. We intend to provide a full WBS and to monitor closely the delivery of weekly work packages. The process is as follows: each monday we meet over the phone and define the work package for the week. On friday the finished part (hopefully the agreed deliverable) is sent back to us. We check it over the week-end and this is the basis for the definition of the next work package.
