Add features to existing SaaS Application built in NextJS with Firestore. Tech Stack: NextJS, ReactJS, Firestore/Firebase, SMTP Mail knowledge The application is aiming to provide the same features that Zendesk (Support Plan) provide, at a cheaper and more accessible cost. Stripe billing and Subscriptions knowledge is ideal as this is a critical part of the system. Unfortunately I do not have time to add the necessary features to this application for the projected release date of the Start of February 2023. Features that need adding: - Mail Incoming/Outgoing for individual tickets (Client adds an email address & SMTP details to catch/send/receive email data that will be added to the chat display for each ticket in the system) Ideally the user will input their email and smtp details for that organisation, then all new emails incoming to that email will create a ticket, and replies will be sent from the system within the ticket chat screen. This will also update the ticket json data which currently gets sent as an object to /tickets/api, for the update feature - Custom form generation and customisation per Team in an organisation - Create an "Embed code" for Team to insert form into their website - Customer data table with sub-pages for each customer that allows the client to add/update/remove customer information as they see fit - Stripe Subscription billing and payments setup ([login to view URL]) Please refer to the following documentation for more information on the base/core setup of this application: [login to view URL] Tickets are updated by the client using the system with JSON data at: /api/tickets/reply Tickets are updated by the customer view email reply at: /api/tickets/receive New tickets are added to Firestore at: /api/tickets/new CHECK the doc: [login to view URL] attached for more information on each feature I need adding
