Build a simple web page with chatbot options

I want to build a simple web page where I want to link different chat bots which I have already deployed on Azure. 1. Web page can have a static back ground and in the side corner, I want to have a chat sign. 2. If i click on this chat sign, it shall show me lets say 5 types of different chatbots types. 3. for example, I clicked on Adaptivecard bot, then It shall open the adaptive card bot based on the given direct line connection secret. so each time I choose a different button, It shall open only selected bot. However, it should not open the new tab but stay on the same page. 4. This chat pannel should be minimizable. and when chatpannel is filled then it shall slide down automatically as user types more. this is a fixed budget project, so please do not count or expect hourly based payment.
