I have implemented a somewhat similar bot a few weeks ago. this bot communicates mainly via buttons and messages but also is sending images. the controlling of the bot is done via some commands or changing some configs/database entries. the configs and database entries are currently done via ssh and not via website, but developing a website to do this is possible. in this project scope(time and money) the website will be very rudimentary, containing only some kind of authentication/Login and then the controllers. Depending on the amount of controls i will have to raise my bid. But i would love to get more information to refine my bid and generate some milestones to layout my development steps and proof my skills
