Occupational Health and Safety

This project is going to be my term project and I am going to do a presentation with it so it must not include any adds or commercial([login to view URL] etc..).or any kind. Actually it will be basic web application web site about Occupational Health and Safety. ohas = Occupational Health and Safety Web site design: Not so colourful it must look like professional. Idea is we are doing this web application for a big company. Code part : Visual Studio with c# and web form just allowed. Java script,css,html can be available to use for help. Code should not be too professional and [login to view URL] is the important part Database :Small database to user records and result. ex: company id (pk) user name , name ,surname, department ,result(pass or not) Web Site: Main page with login screen Login with Company ID and password if user not exist create button will create user Company id (primary key) user name name surname department And one super admin or owner which can create admin It can have same page with admin just one different A-)if user is a admin = ohas specialst then second page(next page) like maintenance screen . after login screen second page 3 button. videos , test, and mail list . Each of them is a new page . (for super admin or owner which can create [login to view URL] can have same page with admin just one different 4. button to create admin and it can be same with create user). Videos admin add new videos. Customer must not forward video but pause back is normal . Test admin will add test. Test is a, question and 5 options and 1 correct answer. İt will be like template. Admin just going to write a question and answer then it will select correct answer button. No limit for question. if admin decide to it is enough then click finish test [login to view URL] test will be ready. mail list: admin add mail list to report which user result will send emails end of test. B-if user is a customer user will be login. if user is a customer , next screen will be with 2 button to new pages ,education and test . Education page: this screen there will be the education videos which Ohas specialist put them there. Customer will watch the [login to view URL] is important to customer did it watch videos or not. So customer must not forward the video but pause and back it [login to view URL] of the video test link will be active. when the customer watch the video or videos now it can be able to see test link in previous page. In test page customer must not leave the test. Because customer must not wacth videos again when it is in the [login to view URL] of the test score will be shown how man y answers correct,empty and wrong with you pass or not. Then with ok button customer will go second page again and its result will send a ohas specialts via mail. Like a very small report. Web site design: Not so colourful it must look like professional.
