Simple Script to Export Shopify Orders

Hi, what I want is a script that using the Shopify API can export all the info of the orders of a store into a CSV file, I already have a Node.JS script for that but it takes 10 min to export just 15k orders since it doesn't execute requests in parallel, my last script that did that could export 250k orders in 10 min and that's what im aiming for, if you can do it faster even better! The reason why it only exports 15k at a time now is because they changed something in the API that makes it harder to execute in parallel since you export it one page at a time and you need to get the header response of the first request since the header contains the link for the page number 2. Also I want it to show the amount of orders and the progress like the one I currently have on the attached screenshot. My current script is made in node.js but if you want you can make it in python too.
