Unity webgl build and unity desktop runtime fbx importer

We need to get a runtime fbx file importer of a skinned character for WEBGL build and Desktop build of Unity. *** Part 1 - Importing Character On Web: * An upload button external to the WebGL. * Click button to open file browser box and pick an FBX character from computer. * After picking an FBX file, the character appears in the Unity scene. On Desktop build (Same functionality as web EXCEPT the button is a GUI overlay of the scene.) * The Upload button is a button within the Unity Scene. * Click button to open file browser box and pick an FBX character from computer. * After picking an FBX file, the character appears in the Unity scene. *** Part 2 - After Import After the character is imported, an animation is applied to the character. (The character begins to wave). The is a list of animations to pick from. These animations are already in the Unity Scene. Clicking an animation will apply that animation to the character. There is a STOP PAUSE PLAY buttons. Click Stop to stop the animation and go back to frame 0 Click Pause to pause the animation at the current frame Click Play to play the animation from the current frame *** Part 3 - Import Additional Animations Click the UPLOAD button again to open the file browser Select an FBX animation (no mesh in the file, premade animation fbx files on a computer) Import the animation FBX Add the newly imported animation to the list of animations
