Vue.js control panel

I am looking for a VUE.js developer who can implement a 3 form application meant to be used in Jira. Data is read and written from a REST API. The basis systems (authentication, describing the plugin, a simple http client, etc) is already implemented, so you can go straight to developing functionality. The most challenging component of the project is a "formula editor" (a textfield) that users will use to formulate how a certain field needs to be calculated. This formula editor must give the user the ability to see all available parameters and it must translate these parameters from IDs to human readable texts. In order to do this project you must have a Jira and a [login to view URL] account, but both have trial accounts. You also should be able to host the laravel application yourself. I'm using the default Laravel VUE setup. App should consist of: - overview - form to add teamwork accounts - form to link two projects together - page to set the properties and fields for two linked projects - page that shows logs from a sync (to do manual syncs of a project) Please take a look at provided wireframes.
