Format our CSS properly and fix a Safari CK MaxiMenu quirk

We had another Freelancer do some work on templates on our joomla website and they left our CSS looking like a bucket of soup. We'd like someone to format our CSS properly for the sake of good housekeeping and to fix a problem we have with CK MaxiMenu in Safari. On mouseover of main menu items with sub menu items, the whole menu skips about and when it loads up the menu items have bold formatting which suddenly changes to regular font when the page finishes loading The first problem seems to be covered here [login to view URL] The second problem, we have no idea Happy bidding, please don't bid if you don't actually have Safari as this problem only exists in Safari. Needless to say that fixing this problem in Safari should not break it in other browsers
